DOMESTIC ORDERS (ORDERS WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES)
All orders must be paid in cash, or on Cash-On-Delivery (C.O.D.) basis.  You may make Peso check payments payable to "RCBC #1192-437-888 CREC," and deposit your payment to our bank account at any Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation branch nationwide.  Please fax deposit slip stub with RCBC computer validation to fax number +63 2 744 0364.  Once cleared, you may claim your order at our church office, or request delivery (within Metro Manila only, and subject to conditions below).

If you choose to pick up your order:
The main pick-up point for the Hymns By Heart 2008 Desk Calendar and CD sets is at Calvary Reformed Evangelical Church's Office at G/F Unit 102 The Centerpoint Condominium, Garnet Road corner J. Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (shared offices with the Synergy Center).  Please notify us in advance of your pick-up time. 

Delivery to Metro Manila churches:
If you are a member of a Christian church recognized by Calvary Church, and would like to request delivery to your home church, please provide us your church's office contact number so that we may call for appointment to deliver your order during a weekday. We accept cash or check payments. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Delivery to other points within Metro Manila:
Delivery within the following Metro Manila cities is available with a minimum of 50 calendars/CD sets: Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, San Juan, Quezon City, City of Manila, Kalookan City, Malabon, Marikina, Makati City, Taguig City, Pateros, Pasay City, Valenzuela City.  We request payment to be made in cash upon delivery.  We do not deliver on Sundays.

Delivery to the provinces:
All prices are F.O.B.  You as the customer assume forwarding and shipping charges, which should be added to the value of your order.  If you have a preferred forwarder, you must notify our church office by email, and we will request pick-up by forwarder's Manila agent from our church office.  Your forwarder assumes responsibility for product once it is picked up from our office.

Rush deliveries via UPS:
You may avail of express shipping via UPS for rush deliveries following the above procedure, but you agree to assume UPS charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES)
Suggested Retail Price internationally is USD$13.00 per set, excluding shipping charge.

Currently, we are only able to accept two modes of payment, both of which rely on you sending us email specifying your order. When you email us, we can compute and inform you of shipping cost, which you must add to the value of your order. You must also add US$10.00 to cover any bank charges for either option:

• Option (1): Pay by check drawn against a US$ account: We accept payment using USD (US$) check payable to “Calvary Reformed Evangelical Church”, and airmailed to our church address. You may choose to send payment by courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) at your expense to expedite your order.
  
  
• Option (2): Telegraphic transfer of funds to our Philippine bank account: You may send telegraphic transfer to our bank:

  6.) order and amount (add shipping charge and US$10.00 bank fees)

  You may send us as attachment to email any documentation of remittance so that we may notify our bank of your transaction.

New ordering option starting September, 2007:
